The Plus Ones Reissues "On the List" LP
The Plus Ones' On the List was originally released by Coldfront Records in 2000 as a new project by Joel Reader, formerly of The Mr. T Experience. After leaving the band, Joel teamed up with Scotty Hayes (guitar) and Dan Panic (drums) to branch out and create fresh music. The band quickly made waves with standout singles like "A-M-Y (That Spells Amy)," which earned them praise from AllMusic as being "utterly adorable" while showcasing their talent for crafting fine power-pop and punk.
Following the success of On the List, The Plus Ones went on to release It’s a Calling on Asian Man Records and Oh Me of Little Faith on the now-defunct Insubordination Records. Now, nearly 25 years later, Sounds Rad is thrilled to present this expanded edition of On the List, featuring six previously unreleased tracks, including ripping covers like Badfinger's "No Matter What." |
This reissue celebrates the enduring legacy of The Plus Ones and offers both longtime fans and newcomers a chance to rediscover their infectious energy. While we can only dream of seeing Joel, Scotty, and Dan reunite in the future, this expanded edition is a must-have for fans of The Plus Ones, The Mr. T Experience, and the many incredible bands these musicians have been a part of.
