Preliminary Interview Questions

Below you will find five questions that focus on the past, present, and future of your band and its release. Please have each member of the band fill out this questionnaire as it allows me to piece together a story from multiple perspectives. When responding to these questions, try to be as detail and more importantly, as honest as possible. That said, I will be sending you follow up interview questions based these preliminary interview questions.
